Before this...
I thought i m not a shy type...
coz from wat i learned in the past
red crescent or even NS
i never feel shy at all....
i just apply the skill tat i learned b4..

but Y this time i m not...
just take today as a example...
just a ice breaking games...
i do not noe wats wrong v me...
every1 is playing the games...
but i was like so lonely sitting there..
looking at them....
n the things is that I played the games b4...
won't u feel i shud take the initiatives
to do the demo or at least enjoyed the games...

1 more thing is.....
this ADP program....
70% is from assignment, presentation..
30% only from the exam....
so if i continue going to be like this...
